Reduced Price for Nick Nolte’s Malibu Estate

Although with celebrity pedigree, Nick Nolte’s Malibu estate couldn’t find a buyer with a price of $8.25 million. So, veteran actor has decided to lowered the price. In July this year, the price was $6.995 million and now the property saw an additional $1 million price chop and can be yours for $5.995. The previous owners of wooded and extremely private estate, comprising two acres in the stunning Bonsall Canyon were Tommy Chong, Don Felder of the Eagles and songwriter/producer David Foster. A number of hit albums were said to have been recorded on the property, including records for the iconic rock band Chicago.

Built in 1963, Nolte’s home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and opens to a mahogany entryway with onyx floors leading to a living area with vaulted, 19-foot ceilings. The home has Italian marble floors and mahogany French doors and the master bedroom suite is accessed via a dramatic staircase. The master includes an office, library and two fireplaces. Outside you will find a tennis court, a pool and spa as well as the detached guest house with 2 bedrooms.
