It’s hard to believe the Italian fashion house of Roberto Cavalli has been around for 40 years. With its golden tan and love of prints the man behind the brand almost seems forever young. To mark this momentous event, the master of design has given a new look to his corporate logo. The new graphic emblem is a gold-colored 40, with an interlocking R and two Cs in the center of the zero, and the word ‘anniversary’ scrawled across the bottom of the ‘goose egg’.
The arrangement of the 4 and 0 are not just symbolic of the brands forty years but also represent the Greek goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite. This Greek connection goes well with the man who takes pride in designing the most exquisite creations for women.
No word on where Roberto Cavalli’s New Logo will be featured, but we can expect a big birthday bash sometime this year and perhaps limited edition items to celebrate the milestone.
