Scooter Braun has decided to sell his Sunset Strip residence. He purchased the home in August 2011 for $5,7 million, but now he’s put it on the market for a whopping $11,6 million. Luxuriously fitted and finished four bedroom and five bathroom pad with over 5,000 square feet of living space sits on a terraced, 9,500-square-foot hillside parcel offering amazing views of Los Angeles.
The house is set behind a secured entry gate that opens to a series of stone-tiled platforms that line up to form a pathway across a koi pond to the front door. Also, there’s a decent amount of yard space with a stunning pool and spa.
Inside, you’ll find floor-to-ceiling windows in just about every room of the house, an open-plan main living areas that include a double-height combination living/dining room and an expensively and extensively equipped galley-style kitchen, a corkscrew staircase that takes you up to a loft gallery with an office nook, spacious master suite with fireplace and something what listing details describe as a “plush theatre room.”
Braun also owned the house next door, which he bought in June 2012 for $2,45 million and sold earlier this month for $3,925 million. Last year, he also purchased a stunning Brentwood home for $13 million. It’s good to be Justin Bieber’s manager. Just for the money, of course.
