NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal put his estate in the Orlando, Florida, on the market for the $28 million asking price. The massive 12-bedroom home, on some 3 acres in Windermere, measures approximately 31,000 square feet and that’s just the start of its over-the-top features.
Every exquisite detail has been curated to deliver the ultimate luxury living experience as confirmed by the “Shaq Center” – a sporting facility that includes an approximately 6,000-square-foot basketball court replete with bleacher seating and a logo of the Miami Heat, the basketball team O’Neal played for from 2004 to 2008.

Other touches: the swimming area with a 95-foot long pool and a “rock waterfall and hot tub,” “Gentleman’s room” with game tables, wet bar, wine refrigerator, sink, ice maker and balcony, dance and recording studio, a large saltwater fish tank, a walk-in cigar humidor with wine storage, covered boat dock and electric boat lift and two garages that can fit 17 cars.
O’Neal, who is now a basketball analyst on TNT’s “Inside the NBA,” purchased the property for $3.95 million in 1993.
