On a hill in the exclusive Deer Crest neighborhood, you’ll find the Resorts West Ski Dream Home, which is listed on sale for $21,9 million. Luxury 13,500 square-foot property was also place where A-lister clientele attended “an open house” – two-day event, so spicy described by The New York Times. The ski-in/ski-out chalet began as a project spearheaded by SKI Magazine, Resorts West and Deer Valley Resort to create a mountain residence that embodied every amenity a ski enthusiast might desire. If that’s not enogh, there are also billiards room, gym, massage room, fitness room with Precor equipment, full spa with sauna and steam room, two wine cellars with tasting room, as well as a stadium-seat theater with 16 leather recliners and a FullSwing golf simulator. Not to forget a heated lap pool and over-sized hot tub, two fire-pits and 4,500 square feet of heated wraparound deck space.
