Last days of 2013, Saturday Night Live’s Seth Meyers has used to purchase apartment in New York City’s West Village. He splashed out $3,525 million on a luxury condo in a venerable pre-war building in the heart of expensive neighborhood. The residence was apparently listed for $3.6 million, but Meyers managed to get a slight discount of the price.
According to the Real Estalker, his 12th-floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in just 994 square feet with panoramic views of the city and the Hudson River. There are also a 26-foot long living room with wood burning fireplace, tiny dining room off the foyer, and recently renovated windowed kitchen. Only a few photos of the residence were available showing hardwood floors throughout and and large glass floor-to-ceiling windows.
On Sept. 1, Meyers said “I do” to his longtime girlfriend – the human rights lawyer Alexi Ashe. The couple will probably move into the place now.
