Shelby SuperCars launches 2010 Ultimate Aero at Dubai International Motor Show 2009 featuring World’s First One Piece Carbon Fiber Wheel.

Shelby SuperCars (SSC), an American supercar company and the creator of the “Ultimate Aero”, has launched $740,000 “2010 Ultimate Aero”, the fastest production car in the world. The new supercar model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.78 seconds and is capable of a top speed of 260+ mph.

The new Ultimate Aero runs on an exclusive SSC-designed, one-piece billet aluminum twin turbo V8 engine block designed to improve structural integrity and oiling capabilities while improving durability. Now armed with the more powerful new engine, the 2010 model produces 1287 hp, and 1112 ft-lbs of torque. SSC also commissioned American company “Aeromotive” to develop a flawless system to accommodate the unique fuel system requirements of the 2010 Ultimate Aero, which features upgrades including carbon ceramic brakes.

Limited Edition Bugatti Veyron - Soleil de Nuit

Bugatti chose the Dubai Motor Show to conclude its Centenary celebrations by unveiling three special editions of the Veyron supercar. The “Sang d’Argent” and the Grand Sport “Soleil de Nuit” are one-off models while the “Nocturne” will be limited to five cars only, all of them available exclusively to Middle East customers.

Mercedes SLS AMG Gullwing - Desert Gold

So the first special edition of the Mercedes SLS AMG goes to Dubai, UAE where the market for such cars is huge! Mercedes-Benz decided to show off a special SLS AMG Gullwing with the designation “Desert Gold” with a matt gold color at the bi-annual Dubai Motor Show that runs from December 15 to 20.

The Desert Gold features an attention-grabbing exterior with a matt gold paint scheme, gloss black accents, and black AMG wheels which measure 9.5 x 19 at the front and 11.0 x 20 at the rear. Inside, the car boasts sports seats, a solid carbon-fiber center console, and various other carbon fiber accents.
