32M Princess Yacht
As impressive as superyachts are in the water, they look even larger when hauled out and you can get a close-up look at their entire underbody structure. Visitors to this coming January’s London Boat Show might get a chance to do just that when Princess Yachts unveils its 32M, not only its largest yacht to date but also the largest yacht ever exhibited inside London’s Excel facilities.
At 32 metres in length and over 13 metres in height at her highest point, Princess Yachts’ 32M only narrowly fits through the enormous South Hall doors at the exhibition centre posing a challenging logistical feat. Once inside she promises to be a hugely impressive feature at the show dominating the new boardwalk arena.
Universe – The World’s Most Expensive Carpet
Carpet-weaving is undoubtedly one of Persia’s most distinguished work of art, and this carpet would definitely put shame Aladdin’s magic carpet. The most expensive carpet in the world is showcased for sale at the 9th International Furniture and Design Exhibition(INFDEX 2010) at the Doha Exhibition Centre.
Named Universe, the Turkish-made carpet is worth a staggering $3.2 million and was made by LoomArt, the same carpet and textile company which brought to Doha the biggest carpet in the world during the First Made in Turkey Exhibition last year. The carpet portrays 200 animals, the moon, the sun and symbols of the 12 months, vividly depicted in 50 different colours by three master weavers over four and a half years. Another highlight of the carpet is that it is made entirely of 24-karat pure gold.
Diamond-studded Saucepan on Display at Millionaire Fair in Moscow\
A Diamond-studded Saucepan was attracting plenty of interest at Millionaire Fair, Moscow’s top annual luxury fair, offering the usual array of sparkly bling, fast cars and vast price tags. Displayed in a glass case, the saucepan has a handle and lid encrusted with 270 diamonds set in the 18-carat gold on the handle and lid.
Made by German cookware brand Fissler, the saucepan is not really suitable for cooking, brand manager Natalya Oreshkina said, shuddering at the idea of putting it in an oven. It is for serving food beautifully, she explained as crowds packed the Manezh exhibition centre in central Moscow. At €150,000 (about $210,800), the pan costs roughly the same as a Porsche Cayenne SUV, but is better value, Oreshkina claimed in a practised sales pitch. A Porsche Cayenne turns into a pile of metal once it leaves the showroom. This is an investment.

Exclusively for its launch manufacturer MOST will team the new promotion vehicle with a one-of-a-kind, exclusively furnished semi-trailer called “sports&spa”.
