Robert Pattinson has officially listed his Los Feliz hacienda-style home for $6.75 million. Speculating for months that he was secretly selling his home now become quite certain. Twilight star had only bad memories of the house, which was love-nest with his ex-love Kristen Stewart, who cheated on him with her ‘Snow White and the Huntsmen’ director Rupert Sanders. Shortly after that, she moved out to a rented home in Beverly Hills. Pattinson is said to be living in another abode within a gated community 10 miles away. Originally built in 1922, hacienda-style mansion spreads on 1.5 acres and boasts 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms and incredible original details intermingled with state-of-the-art, updated systems in 4,026 square feet. The private walled and gated estate features a Spanish-tile roof, curved archways, antique tile and stone, and hand-carved wood and stenciled ceilings.The outdoor grounds feature a lagoon pool and unmatched city views, waterfalls and fountains, an inner courtyard with soaring palm trees and a rustic landscape planted with indigenous flora and fauna such as aloe vera. Coincidence or not, shortly after Robert Pattinson decided to to sell his Los Angeles love nest he shared with ex-girlfriend, actress Kristen Stewart for $6,3 million, one more place where he stayed after Kristen’s affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, has been listed on sale. For those uninformed, that’s Reese Witherspoon’s Libbey Ranch in Ojai, California where he spent some time, and now that historic California ranch is on sale for $10 million! On the 7 acres property sits the main house that can boasts with four bedroom, three and a half bathroom, a beamed-ceiling living room with a big stone fireplace, a large country kitchen and a library loft with fireplace. Other highlights include a private heated pool, barn, horse stables, three guest cottages, carriage house, organic garden and stunning landscape done by Jay Griffith. Designed by California-style architect Wallace Neff in 1923, as a stable for the glassware mogul Edward Libbey (who is considered the “founding father” of Ojai), this house was recently showcased in Elle Decor, when Reese commented about it: “When you buy a beautiful piece of art, you don’t really own it. Robert Pattinson’s $6.3 Million Los Angeles Love Nest he Shared with Kristen Stewart on Sale

Cosmopolis star Robert Pattinson has decided to sell his Los Angeles love nest he shared with ex-girlfriend, actress Kristen Stewart, because the mansion has “too many memories”. Pattinson, 26, and Stewart, 22, both moved out of the $6,3 million Los Angeles mansion earlier this summer, shortly after news broke of Kristen’s affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, 41. Pattinson even joked about being homeless during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last week: “I still am. I rented this archway and I just live behind it. In one of those trash cans.” Pattinson purchased this 4,000 square feet house, previously owned by Noah Wylie, in September 2011. Located in the Los Feliz area, the lavish home features three bedrooms and three bathroom, solar-heated swimming pool, exclusive wine cellar and the ground which also an amphitheater. The home has been well protected due to state-of-the-art security system with walls encircling the property. The source described the home as “on an acre and a half of land and has a 150-person screening room and amazing gardens.” Coincident or not, the real estate sale news came out at the same time when Robert reportedly speaking to his girlfriend of three years again, after weeks of refusing to return her calls, and is even ready to speak to her face to face about everything that has happened.

Lucky winner of the auction and its 20 friends will be able to see The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’s along with the famous actor, the night before the film is released on November 17th. The bidder will reportedly also get a goody bag of signed film merchandise, DVDs and a replica of character Bella Swan’s wedding ring! Fans can bid for the special tickets as part of an upcoming Go Campaign auction, which will take place at the London Hotel in Los Angeles on 10 November. This is not the first time Robert Pattinson’s done a good deed for charity. Last year the generous Twilight-star donated an on-set meet and greet, while included a one-of-a-kind trip to the set of the famous film, as well as the chance to spend a day on the Breaking Dawn shoot and hangout with the world famous actors. But the seriously cool prize came at a very high price. The winner paid a whopping $80,000 for the once in a lifetime experience, auctioned once again in aid of the GO Campaign charity. The money was used to build a home for PAGE, the Program Advancing Girls Education in Cambodia.

Robert Pattinson’s Life-size Chocolate Head The Twilight star, Robert Pattison was immortalised in an 18 kilo, solid chocolate bust after being voted Hollywood’s tastiest actor. The chocolate bust is part of a promotion by British DVD rental company Lovefilm, which had fans vote in a poll for their ‘tastiest’ male star. Pattison, 23, was crowned Hollywoods hottest man with 16 per cent of the vote in a poll of more than 2,500 movie fans by DVD rental firm Lovefilm.  Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp, 46, came second with 15 per cent while Gerard Butler, who starred in The Bounty Hunter with Jennifer Aniston, was third with 11 per cent.  George Clooney, 48, came fourth with nine per cent, followed by Brokeback Mountain star Jake Gyllenhaal (eight per cent) and The Hangover’s Bradley Cooper (six per cent).  Brad Pitt, 46, was seventh with five per cent, ahead of Ryan Reynolds (four per cent), Hugh Jackman (two per cent) and Jamie Foxx (one per cent).
