The Bentley Continental GT V8 S will show its magic in a dynamic form at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2014 scheduled June 26 to 29. Also the power and spectacular speed of the Bentley Continental GT3 will be shown on the track during the same social context, where you can admire rare models of the “B” winged brand which took part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Available in coupe and convertible, the Bentley Continental GT V8 S increases the pia-sensory waxes with the new lowered suspension, steering more incisive, the accentuation of the design features typical of the “S” series and the unmistakable soundtrack of the V8 engine enhanced. The two new models are new additions to the family and Continental offer a driving experience even more exciting thanks to the famous Bentley V8 engine 4-liter twin-turbo.

Building on the success of the famous Continental GT V8, the new models offer a V8 S Bentley V8 engine 4-liter biturbo even more efficient and powerful, which develops 528 hp (389 kW) at 6,000 rev / min and an extraordinary peak torque of 680 nm at just 1,700 revs / min.
Thanks to a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission -type ” close- ratio”, the more power is expressed without any effort at the highest level , with breathtaking acceleration and exceptionally smooth power delivery . Choosing the S gear selector in the V8 S will offer the driver a lightning throttle response , while the change will – know shorter and impressive.
The S GT V8 Coupe goes from 0-100 km / h in just 4.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 309 km / h. Equally exceptional is the performance of the GT V8 Convertible S that goes from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.7 seconds and reaches 308 km / h.
The performance enhancement is achieved without increasing fuel consumption or CO2 emissions , which remain the lowest in the category ; unchanged is the autonomy of 805 km .
The new GT coupe V8 S comes with a combined cycle fuel consumption of 10.6 l/100 km and CO2 emissions of 246 g / km , while the convertible has a power consumption of 10.9 l/100 km and 254 g / km.
