US Virgin Islands Will Pay You $300 To Visit Them In 2017

There’s no better way to attract more tourists then offer them spending money.
In 2017, Virgin Islands will mark the 100th anniversary as a U.S. territory and to help fete, the destination is offering US$300 in spending credits to any traveler who spends at least three nights on St. Thomas, St. John or St. Croix. The credits can be used for tours and activities on the islands, like kayaking trips and museum visits.

In addition, to commemorate Transfer Day (March 31), when Denmark formally ceded the islands to the US for US$25 million, any visitor who arrives during the month of March will receive a commemorative souvenir.
Visitors will have to travel between January 2 and December 31, 2017. In order to receive the promotion and get your $300 credit until October 1,2017, book your trip through the islands’ tourism website, by using the booking code CP1.
