New York City restaurant chain The Ainsworth just debuted 24 karat gold-dusted chicken wings. Described by The Ainsworth as “the most expensive and insanely tasty 24K Gold Wings in the world,” this blinged-out wings are result of collaboration with celebrity chef Jonathan Cheban.
The chicken wings are first soaked in coconut butter, chipotle and honey for 24 hours, then fried and dusted with 24 karat gold flakes.
They can be ordered three different ways (10 wings are $30, 20 wings are $60 and for $1,000 diners can order 50 wings with a bottle of Champagne Armand de Brignac) from the restaurant’s locations in Chelsea and the East Village.
Jonathan also posted a video of the wings, hyping them up.
“My camera’s even trembling, these are so lit,” he says in the clip. “These are unbelievable.”
