Would You Pay $13,000 For Smart Toilet?

TOTO NEOREST NX2 Intelligent Toilet

TOTO NEOREST NX2 Intelligent Toilet with ACTILIGHT is everything, except standard bathroom sanitary facility, and it comes from Japan …
Each of the new toilets uses the same design, which is smooth, gentle and incredibly pleasant. Previously designed TOTO Neorest toilets were characterized by sharp, angular silhouettes, while the new series now has a gentle elliptical profile, inspired by the “beauty of the stones that had shaped the river over the years”.

The design and technology of this essential part of every bathroom is very luxurious, which has led to the fact that TOTO receives a prize at this year’s CES fair.
TOTO NEXEST NX2 differs from the NX1 model thanks to the integrated ultraviolet light incorporated in the lid, together with the titanium dioxide surface, which facilitates the decomposition of organic waste.

The elegant exterior of this toilet bowl is stretched by simplicity, but it includes a number of high-tech elements – automatic lowering and lifting of the lid with automatic water release, integrated WASHLET personal washing system that provides enjoyment in warm and breathable water, hot air dryer, heated seat and catalytic deodorant for space.

New NX2 was exhibited at the CES fair next to a similarly shaped NX1 model, but only NX2 contains ACTILIGHT – ultraviolet light, designed to work in tandem with electrolyzed water and a titanium dioxide surface that is glazed, resulting in a hydrophilic element. TOTO claims that UV light helps accelerate the decomposition of organic matter by means of photocatalytic processes.
The price of $13,000 sets this toilet in the very heart of the luxury market, responding to the global need for more luxurious bathing options.
