This video projector with a 10 megapixel (4,096×2,400 to be precise) resolution promises to be completely worth its $15,000 price tag. The JVC DLA-SH7NL, a 4K2K D-ILA projector incorporates three 1.27-inch 4K2K D-ILA display devices for high-quality imaging and dual ultra-high-pressure mercury lamps for 5,000 lumens of brightness. It uses a set of 330W ultra-high-pressure mercury lamps with a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. And as for resolution, the DLA-SH7NL is capable of projecting a 10 megapixel or 4,096×2,400 image, but since most people don’t have a 4K source, it can also simultaneously project two or four HD images (1,920 x 1,200) thanks to its four DVI input connections.
