Audi A6 Avant 2.0 TDI Black Edition Ultra

Audi has offered, at a cost of 37,010 pounds ($61,000), to the UK customers a new, Ultra version of the A6 Avant 2.0 TDI. Full name of the car is Audi A6 Avant 2.0 TDI Black Edition Ultra, and is powered by a 2.0 TDI diesel four-cylinder engine which instead of the standard 129 kW/175Hp and 380 Nm now develops 140 kW/190Hp and 400 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0 to 60mph is reduced from 9.0 to 8.7 seconds, and top speed is increased on 140mph.

Notwithstanding the power increase, A6 Avant 2.0 TDI Black Edition Ultra has better fuel economy. The standard equipment also includes the electric tailgate, DAB radio and S line body kit. The car will soon appear in the sedan version, and both versions will be exhibited at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
