Two years ago, British Bristol Cars has released the first teaser image of its new car known as the Project Pinnacle, while at the end of June this year, a prototype of this vehicle has been unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
n the meantime, the information released to the serial model is named Bristol Bullet, and now this two-seater is officially promoted.
Bristol Bullet
As announced, the beginning of its production can be expected by the end of this year, and deliveries from January 2017. It should be noted that the series will be limited to just 70 pieces, whereby the Bullet in standard version will cost 250,000 pounds.
The car is powered by BMW V8 engine with 370hp paired for BMW’s six-speed manual transmission, acceleration from 0 to 60 miles per hour (96 km/h) takes less than a 4 seconds, and top speed is 250 km/h (el. limited).
Bristol Bullet
The drive is on the rear wheels, and should be noted that they in the construction are used carbon fiber and aluminum so the Bullet weighs only 1130 kg.
If talking about the design of new vehicles, Bristol has worked with unnamed Italian design house.
In the end, Bristol Cars announces that their future models will be made on a new platform with electric drive (with an internal combustion engine for the range extender), but will maintain a traditional design and character.
