Murray Hill’s House39 Debuts Rooftop Amenity Spaces And Upper Level Model Units
The finishing touches are being made at House 39, a 37-story glass tower at 225 East 39th Street, where studios to three-bedroom units can be rented for $3,300 to over $10,000 per month when leasing begins later this month. The developers leased over 100 apartments less than two months after leasing got underway in February this year.
Handel Architects designed the building, while David Rockwell, who is responsible for the look of many restaurants, hotels and nightclubs, was brought in by the developer, Fisher Brothers, to add some flair to the common spaces.
Murray Hill’s House39
While the Club Level amenity spaces debuted earlier this year, The Sky Level boasts a rooftop terrace with spectacular 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, as well as an outdoor oasis complete with fire pit, covered cabana seating, and gas grills. The rooftop area also features indoor and outdoor hot tubs, lush outdoor greenery, and party room with a custom-designed private kitchen, lounge, and balcony with an incredible view of the Empire State Building.
The latest model units, also designed by Rockwell, showcase the building’s interiors, and state-of-the-art appliances and spacious layouts.
An ultra-convenient location, sleek modern architecture and design, high level of service, resort-style amenities, and stunning views make Murray Hill’s House39 a rental residence ahead of the curve.
