Rolls-Royce motorcycle, ie. Brough Superior SS100 from 1928, which you can see in the pictures, it will look for a new owner at an auction in Italy next month. According to current estimates, motorcycle nine decades old could be sold for an amount between €500,000 and €700,000 ($546,500 and $765,100). Together with some of the most popular machines in the industry, this British with engine of 1,140 cubic meters will be the star of auction that will be held at Villa Erba on Lake Como, organized by the famous auction house Sotheby’s.

In 1931, it received the nickname “Moby Dick” and also was named the fastest motorcycle in private ownership – with a top speed of 185 km/h. Later this record down and set a new, 202 km/h.
From the auction house Sotheby’s says that Moby Dick is the ultimate Superior that money can buy and that expected great interest for it.
It is alleged that it was the fastest motorcycle of its time, with huge success on the race track.

On sale will be found whole collection of exotic two-wheelers, called “Moto-Icons: From cafe racer to superbike” and it includes a 4 Brough, 4 MV Agusta and 2 Norton models ..
The current sales record that holds a British motorcycle is just over €392,000 ($428,500).
