For a long time it is known that Lamborghini is preparing a new supercar based on the Aventador model, which is otherwise officially launched in March 2011 at the Geneva Motor Show. After Coupe and Roadster variants, it is now time for more extreme Aventador named SV or SuperVeloce, which premiere will be at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.
Until then, here are the first official pictures of this Italian athletes. While the standard Aventador LP700-4 model has 6.5-liter V12 engine and 515 kW / 700Hp, Aventador SV has 750Hp. Acceleration to 60 mph is here only 2.8 seconds and a top speed is over 218mph. It should be noted that the car has carbon-ceramic brakes, while the wheels are 20 and 21 inches.
Aventador SV, among other things received new aerodynamic components made of carbon fiber and new wheels, and is also 50 kg lighter than the standard version. Lamborghini Aventador SV will be offered to the European market in late spring, at a cost of 327,190 euros or about $366,000, without taxes.
