This villa was constructed in 1988, but a famous actor bought it in 1994. It is worth noting that at that time it cost $7 million which is much smaller amount of money for which it is now sold. However it is expected that the property in which world-famous star lived will be more expensive than normal villa.
Santa Lucia is located on a beautiful estate of 19.5 acres, so this place can give you much more. Designed by Barry Berkus, the architects of Santa Barbara, this Tuscany-inspired villa  contains 6 bedrooms and 3 bath, which is sufficient to satisfy a large family, or a group of friends. In its interior, the villa also hides a large library, meditation room, living room with rustic fireplace and a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean.

In front of this Montecito home, there are even more surprises such as the endless grasslands covered with oak and olive trees in the center of which is a stone pool which seems natural and fairytale. The garden is fantastically decorated and makes you feel like you are in paradise oasis where you will never be bored.
Within the property there is a small guest house, a nice summer cabin, a recording studio and a modern cinema where you can watch your favorite movies.
