Tom Ford launched seven-piece limited edition biker jacket collection for kids.This collection includes styles both for boys and girls in colours like black, brown, powder blue and bubble gum pink with fancy details such as fringes, studs and diagonally stitched zippers. Of course all that in miniature sizes. The priviledge to be the first to wear Tom Ford kid’s jacket was designer’s son Jack.
“I designed the black leather motorcycle jacket for my son Jack, and then I started producing them as gifts just for friends. I realised that it would actually be fun to design an edited collection of kid’s clothes, which are just going into my stores now,” Ford explained his inspiration for this collection.
Priced in the range of $2,000 – $5,000, the enviable range can be found in stores and online on TomFord. Currently, jackets are available on the e-store in denim, safari and rubbed plonge styles in soft leather and suede fabrics.
