Max Mara has teamed with the Renzo Piano Building Workshop to create a beautiful Whitney bag. Inspired by the new Whitney Museum, this bag shows and highlights one of the most important elements of this project – the museum’s ribbonlike facade in the form of modular lines which adorn the exterior of the bag. The color and the metal components directly reference the designs for the stanchions that secure the building’s tension cables.

Whitney bag is available in a different sizes and in a shade of icy gray, black, tan, and bordeaux. This collector’s edition is available in a limited number of only 250 pieces from the 1st May in conjunction with the Whitney’s opening.
