Midnight Roses – New Lancome Fall 2012 Color Collection

Following launching Midnight Trésor fragrance Rose, renowned French luxury cosmetics Lancome house has revealed its new Fall 2012 Color Collection, appropriate dubbed Midnight Roses. Predominant color is purple, and all its hues, but realistically, one can find many different color palettes for different skin tones. According to brand’s announcment “makeup evokes the mischievous femininity and glamor.”

Lancome’s New Fall 2012 Color Collection – Midnight Roses includes six new products, four of which are limited edition. Two unlimited products are Le Crayon Kohl Eyeliner ($25.50), the smudgy, creamy, smooth eye pencil can either deliver a dose of color or be smudged for the perfect smokey eye and Blush Subtil Blush & Highlighter Palette ($42.00) in six different color combinations to match different skin tones, and they are: Rose Flush Matte tan (shimmery rose pink, iridescent pale pink); Framboise Flirt Matte tan (radiant bright pink, iridescent pale pink); Plum Elegance Matte cocoa brown (shimmery plum rose, shimmery coppery steel); Nectar Lace Matte tan (shimmery pinky coral, pale gold shimmer); Peche Savvy Matte tan (shimmery bright coral, iridescent beige) and Rouge Allure Matte chocolate brown (radiant burgundy red, shimmery copper).

Limied edition products of new collection consists of Color Design Shadow & Liner Palette ($49.00) in Violet Magnetique (Pinks and lilacs); L’Absolu Nu ($29.50), replenishing and enhancing lipcolors in three different variations: Rouge Resille (Deep rose berry); Parme Flanelle (Sherry berry) and Prune Mantille (Light plum).

Of course, an indispensable part of every makeup collection, L’Absolu Creme de Mat ($29.50), lip gloss with three new shades: Potion d’Amour (Deep matte berry); Magie Pourpre (Matte bright berry) and Prune Elixir (Matte plum). For complete impression, there is Vernis In Love ($15.00), nail polish line with two colors, Infusion de Prune (Deep plum) and Mat Top Coat (Matte top coat).
