Resort’s spacious stilted 34 free standing thatched roof villas with individual terraces furnished with daybeds offer exceptional views from their hillside locations amongst frangipani and bougainvillea, and are connected to the resort’s facilities by raised walkways. Design of the resort is inspired by the palaces of Ujung and Tirtagangga. The tables are made of coconut shells and chairs are rattan. There are several choices in suites, including the Indrakila Suite, whose name derives from the hill upon which the hotel is built and includes a private pool, and the larger Amankila Suite that offers private butler service.
Resort’s lobby affords exceptional ocean views, as well as views of the resort’s signature three-tiered infinity swimming pool, built into a cliff edge. Each pool flows into the one below it, creating an amazing sight. Down below the resort, set back from the private beach is the Beach Club set within coconut palms which offers another pool, as well as casual dining. Nighttime poolside entertainment includes traditional Balinese dancing or live music. Located at the base of the cliff is the hotel’s private sand beach complete with eight lounging bales fitted with a daybed and oversized bolsters.
Guests can enjoy delicious Western and Indonesian cuisines in the main restaurant, while food and afternoom tea is served poolside, and the beach club offers lunch. Beside the restaurant is an open-aired bar with a thatched wooden roof and bamboo furnishings.
