World’s Largest Louis Vuitton Trunk at Moscow’s Red Square

World’s largest Louis Vuitton trunk has been assembled in Moscow’s Red Square ahead of the opening of an exhibition dedicated to the famous fashion brand. A giant replica of famous monogrammed luggage is a part of a special Louis Vuitton exhibition, dubbed ‘L’Ame du Voyage’ (or The Soul of Travel) will be showcased at Red Square from December 2, 2013 to January 19, 2014. Visitors will be able to learn Louis Vuitton’s journey since 1854, the whole history of the house and the Louis Vuitton family as well as the history of new design through various artistic collaborations. All these posh items – the trunk-bed, steamer trunk, tea case, toiletry kit, circus trunk, library trunk, and caviar box will be complemented by Vuitton inspired video art created by young artists especially for the event. A lot of respected travellers were loyal to Parisian brand such as Ernest Hemingway, Greta Garbo, Catherine Deneuve, Isadora Duncan, the Empress Eugenie, Karen Blixen, Pierre de Brazza Savorgnan, Sofia Coppola, Catherine Deneuve, Zaha Hadid and more.
