Kristen Stewart has been unveiled as the new face of Chanel. She is joining a list of Chanel stars that includes Blake Lively, Keira Knightley and Diane Kruger. “The Twilight Saga” star was unveiled at Chanel’s Métiers D’Art Paris-Dallas show in Dallas. She will represent brand’s country-western themed pre-fall campaign to be shot and helmed by maestro Karl Lagerfeld.
Kristen attended the show with fellow Twilight co-star Dakota Fanning, dressed in a cropped grey top and high-waist orange leather trousers, taken from the spring/summer 2014 Chanel collection. She is also the current face of Balenciaga’s Florabotanica campaign.
Stewart has been a friend and supporter of Karl Lagerfeld, whom she first met in January 2012 during a photo shoot in Paris, when she was photographed in Chanel Couture.
