Ferrari, last month, had confirmed that in October, will present a special car which will mark its 60th anniversary on the American market. Specific details were not disclosed, only the outgoing head of Ferrari, Luca di Montezemolo, said that they preparing a special car that will be built in a limited edition. Now the car is officially launched and in front of us is Ferrari F60 America, made on the basis of the model F12berlinetta. The car will be built in a series of only 10 pieces at a price of $2.5 Million per copy, and all are, of course, already pre-sold.
Ferrari F60 America has a blue and white racing strip, in honor of the team NART (North American Racing Team). Also, the car has a soft folding roof, modified front and rear doors and fenders, as well as the sleek interior, in which the driver side is in red, while passenger side is in black.
The car is powered by 6.3 liter V12 engine with 740Hp, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox, and acceleration to 60mph takes 3.1 seconds. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary, the plan is also a big event in Los Angeles, on which Ferrari, will bring together all Ferrari clients and collectors in America.
