After two years on the market and multiple price chops, Pharrell Williams’ Miami penthouse is back up for sale, this time with the price of $10.9 million. The 42-year-old singer and songwriter purchased extravagant condo at the top of the high-rise Bristol Tower in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami for $12.5million in 2007. First put on the market for $16.8 million in 2012, the price was dropped to $14 million in 2013 and again to $10.8 million 5 months later.

However, the two-story property spans on 9,000-square-foot and boasts 360-degree views from floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the entire apartment. It features five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a grand cathedral-like living room featuring an elegant staircase as well as Family Guy art and Pharrell’s interview by Michael Jackson adorning the walls.
