The acclaimed actress decided to sell it after attempting to rent it out in September for $11,500-a-month, and after bought musical legend Leonard Bernstein’s Midtown condo last year for $5.1 million! The recently renovated two-bed, two-bath duplex, which measures 1,284 square feet, is in a prewar building with towering 10.5-foot ceilings, herringbone pattern wood floors, city views, a wide circular staircase and a closet with “double height proportions.”
