Vifa Presents An Explosion Of Sound

Vifa company presents a novelty in its assortment, the finest smallest speaker ever known as Reykjavik. Many say that beauty is hidden in small things. In that case, this speaker is simply irresistible. It is ultra compact with a very intriguing and minimalist design, which reminds us of the rough nature of Iceland that inspired its creation. Despite its dimensions, this speaker has a very powerful sound due to its shape, which allows us to enjoy 360 degree experience.

As for the material, this speaker made a surprise in this field. One variant is made of a classical, high-quality Quartz woven fabric, which covers other Vifa products, while other Reykjavik speaker options are offered in variants from a rough version of anodized aluminum. “The aluminum version carries a color called Lavastone Black. We did several prototypes before ending up with this specific metal cover in this particular color. We wanted to convey the fissured, foggy sceneries of the Northern hemisphere, and I do hope this new look will be just as well received as the more gentle looking version of Reykjavik in Sandstone Gray,” says Michael Sørensen, CEO at Vifa. The new surface material is resistant and perfectly fits with the transmission characteristics of this speaker. The leather belt allows you to take it with you wherever you go.

Reykjavik is the fifth wireless speaker launched by the company over a period of three years. Otherwise, the roots of this Danish company go back to the thirties of the last century, when they appeared on the scene. Believing that top-notch sound deserves a top-notch presentation, in 2014 Vifa company decides to launch its line of wireless speakers, based on years of experience and quality of production that characterizes them. The result is a series of high quality and aesthetically appealing devices that will never endanger the authentic sound that is expected from them.
