It took over six years and a significant price adjustment to find a buyer for this magnificent property in Zephyr Cove, Nevada.

However, the 210-acre property includes a 20,000-square-foot main house with a staircase modeled on the Titanic’s, a 19-seat movie theater and lounge reminiscent of one in New York’s St. Regis Hotel. A boat house sits on the private lake (the property sits on the Lake Tahoe).
