Luxury hotel brand Aman Junkies has announced a brand new resort -its very first in Mexico. Located on the East Cape of the Baja Peninsula in Costa Palmas, Amanvari which takes its name from the Sanskrit-derived words for “peace” and “water” is slated to open in 2020.
When complete, Amanvari will be home to just 20 bi-level pavilions and an initial release of 24 private residences, constructed in harmony with the surrounding landscape. Each private sanctuary boasts elevated views of the landscape, which can be appreciated through floor-to-ceiling windows, the outdoor terrace and wraparound sundeck. Some pavilions come with a cantilevered pool, for those interested in sunset soaks in solitude.
The main pavilion at Amanvari will be a large atrium design located directly on the beach. It will be the central point where guests and residents can enjoy three restaurants (including a major name Chef yet to be announced), a library and lounge, as well as a large infinity pool with four hot tubs.
With its own private beach on the Sea of Cortez, Amanvari will have a 98-foot-long infinity pool, jacuzzis, and a library.
The ultimate Amanjunkies will take to owning one of the private residences for sale. Depending on which you pick — four to seven-bathroom options are available — you’ll enjoy panoramic scenes that depict sand dunes, the Sea of Cortes, a world-class golf course (part of the Costa Palmas xxx) or organic farms. The collection of residences span from 1,207sqm and go up to 1,858sqm with seamless indoor-to-outdoor living spaces. As owner, you’re free to design your dream Aman home, adding entertainment rooms, a fitness centre, and even a theatre.
The Costa Palmas master plan also includes a Robert Trent Jones II golf course, 18-acres of organic farms, the private members-only Costa Palmas Beach & Yacht Club where owners can join, and Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas.
