Summer House cottage, with an area of about one hundred square meters, is a simple building, located on a coastal wall. The roof pool is certainly an element that separates itself from all others, but it is not the only thing that is worth the attention. With panoramic windows that adorn the whole interior, it is the definition of a combination of exterior and interior.
Regarding privacy, the cottage contains three structural cores that can be configured to your liking and needs.

Each core has a different function, and it can be open or closed. It is also possible to open all the cores simultaneously, creating an incredible open space.
The pool, which is accessible via the external ladders, has a water level that can be controlled by the drainage system.
