Enrique Iglesias’ Former Home on Sale for $25 Million

On the tip of prestigious Miami’s Sunset Island, you’ll find Villa Jasmine, once owned by Enrique Iglesias. This Moroccan style estate with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline has been listed on sale for $25 million. According to Caldwell Banker Realty, Iglesias bought the house in 2003 and sold it in 2004 to the existing owner and that owner has maintained Enrique’s vision.

The 8200-square foot house has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have views of the bay. The gated courtyard is inlaid with keystone bricks and features a mosaic-tiled fountain. Architectural details within the home include arched Moroccan-style windows, travertine flooring, and custom-made sea-stone countertops in the baths.

There’s the onyx bar with LED lighting and seating for 12. The media room is the definition of a man cave with a 120-inch HD projector perfect for big game viewing.
The house boasts a 1,400-square-foot pool, a gazebo with an outdoor kitchen, a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi and a private dock.
The property also includes a separate one-bedroom guest house out front.
