H. Moser & Cie. 1 Million CHF Watch

Swiss Mad Watch

This timepiece makes it clear that the Swiss origin – its name is Swiss Mad Watch, but its design is unique, interesting and uncompromising … It was created as a work of H. Moser & Cie brand who had vigorously opposed adding the epithet “Swiss” to numerous brands, which are not up to the challenge of the independent watchmakers from this country overcome with ease.

Swiss Mad Watch

Created in Switzerland, by the Swiss artist, using Swiss materials, Swiss Mad timepiece has a symbolic value, with which the brand is trying to demonstrate the importance of returning Swiss Made epithets on the pedestal where it once was untouchable.
The case for this watch was, however, produced in Switzerland, so the timepiece is 100% Swiss according to current legislation, which takes no account of the origin of the materials.

Swiss Mad Watch

The Venturer Swiss Mad flies the Swiss colours high with its red fumé dial featuring white indices, evoking the white cross on the national flag, and paired with a cowhide strap. This model has all the typical characteristics of the Venturer watch family: the case, with its convex shapes and curved sapphire crystal evocative of the 1960s, which is also inspired by historic H. Moser & Cie. pocket watches.
The hand-wound HMC 327 Manufacture calibre is the ‘100% Swiss’ beating heart of this watch. Visible through the sapphire case-back, the movement has a power reserve of at least 3 days which is shown in an indicator on the reverse side of the watch.

Swiss Mad Watch

The Venturer Swiss Mad is available in a limited edition of 50 pieces. In Swiss francs, its price is 1,081,291 CHF, which is a reference to the date of the signing of the federal charter, August 1, 1921.
All profits from the sale will be used to create a fund to support independent Swiss watchmakers, who now suffer because of the difficult economic situation. If you want, you can join to their campaign #MakeSwissMadeGreatAgain, with which they want to return the true value of Swiss Made mark.
