Jaguar F-Type – the car we’ve wanted Jaguar to build for ages is certainly one of the most beautiful cars on sale at the moment. To make it even more attractive and convinient Jaguar teamed up with French luxury luggage brand Moynat, to create a bespoke trunk that fits perfectly into the boot of the F-type. Designing this unique trunk took more than 900 working hours. The structure being moulded to form by hand with eight layers of wood and is then covered by vegetal dyed leather in slate grey and lined in Moynat’s signature mandarin orange colour. Inside the trunk, an electric scooter is provided for use in urban areas.
“It was a pleasure to collaborate with Jaguar to create this piece. Our brands share a commitment to beautiful design combined with quality and functionality – qualities which are espoused in this bespoke trunk,” said Moynat’s artistic director, Ramesh Nair.
Jaguar also announced that the company is also offering a range of bespoke F-Type luggage and accessories. This includes a laptop bag, garment bag, a wash bag as well as a five-piece range comprising two suitcases- all designed to fit the boot space of the F-type, that can be purchased at Jaguar’s website.
