The Curb Your Enthusiasm creator/actor didn’t find the buyer, so he reduced price for more than $2 million, and now his ‘Hobbit’-style Los Angeles home can be your for $12,995,000. Stunning home at 212 Vance St. will make you feel like Hobbit but complete with its 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a separate guest house and more than 10,000 square feet.

It sits on 92 acres of land overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and some of the home’s most impressive features are a swimming pool, master bedroom with large deck and multiple fireplaces. There are also a magnificent living room, family room, dining room and kitchen all feature fireplaces, as well as gym, playroom and office. David, who divorced his wife Laurie in 2007, also has a 17-acre estate in Martha’s Vineyard and an apartment in New York.
