Ashton Kutcher and his pregnant fiancé Mila Kunis purchased magnificent mansion in an exclusive Beverly Hills gated community for $10.215.000. The new 7,351 square foot house is perfect for a growing family. It features three bedrooms and four bathrooms set on two storeys, and aerial views of the home show French windows and an open green lawn. There is a pool too. According to Daily Mail, on Tuesday, workers were out in force on the property, re-tiling one of the patios with beautiful grey slate stones.
Kutcher recently listed his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad, which featured retractable glass walls, for $12 million, opting for a much more kid-friendly abode. Some sources tell that he also wanted to move to a location closer to his office.
“The house is perfect for a family,” the source adds, noting that it’s “very traditional and different” from Kutcher’s last two modern homes and includes access to “hiking trails that they can get to just outside their front door.”
