Stan Lee, the brain behind the creation of the Marvel Comics universe has reportedly put his Hollywood Hills West home for sale, asking $3.75 million. The home is set off a cul-de-sac and is marked as a build/develop opportunity. Built in 1945, the house is located on an exclusive lot of Bird Street, and spans an area of 2,500 square feet with four bedrooms and six bathrooms. There’s a fireplace in the living room.
