At the beginning of sales Latino diva asks $17 million for her luxury mansion, but since there were no buyers, she was forced to lower the price of the villa which is located on the Hidden Hills in California. In 2010 J-Lo bought a new house together with then-husband Marc Anthony for eight million dollars, but the former couple invested much in it after purchase.
The villa has nine rooms, eight bathrooms, a bedroom and a living room and a terrace, a massage room, a music and dance studio, gym, game room, a private movie theater, guest apartment and garage for eight cars.
Whoever bought this villa will have the honor to have famous families for neighbors – Kardashian and Osborne.
