In 2014, Stella McCartney suggested that it would be a while before we saw a man-oriented line, but it seems that time has come. Renowned London-based designer will finally be confirming her long-rumored foray into menswear by launching her first menswear collection sometime this year. The designer launched a collection for kids last year and is well known for her collaborations with Adidas, so this is all part of a bigger expansion of her brand.
It wouldn’t be McCartney’s first brush with menswear. She worked for Edward Sexton on Savile Row in the early days of her career before her 1997 appointment as creative director at Chloé.
