One Canadian village, which is about hour drive north of Montreal, can be yours for only two million dollars, but there is one catch. Of the 45 buildings in this village named Canadiana, there is only one suitable for life, because all the rest just part of the scenery. Canadiana is actually built with the aim to become a tourist attraction and is designed to resemble 19th-century Quebec village. At one time had 30,000 visitors a year.

Nevertheless, interest is high because Canadiana was part of more than 100 films and television series, including Bob Dylan biographical drama I’m Not There.
The owners say they would like to buy a village someone who plans to maintain it, which means you will need to take care of the salon, church, shop, bridge, store of stuffed animals, “the prison”, a watermill and a cemetery, and about twenty houses.
