It is perhaps the most iconic ship of all time, but the closest most people will get to the Titanic is a visit to the museum in Belfast, or a viewing of the Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet blockbuster. Until now. A British tour company is giving people a chance to join an exclusive group of people who have visited the Titanic at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.
Blue Marble Private Titanic Package
Beginning in May 2018, London-based Blue Marble Private will run eight-day trips for nine people at a time to the site where the doomed ship sank. Those who sign on will fly via helicopter from Newfoundland to a support yacht offshore.
After a couple days aboard the yacht, they will climb into a specially designed titanium and carbon fibre submersible developed by OceanGate Inc. for the 4,000-metre, five-hour trip to the Titanic’s final resting place.

Guided by a crew of experts, they will view the deck and grand staircase of the decaying vessel.
The once-in-a-lifetime privilege will cost you roughly $145,000 (86,500 British pounds to be exact).
