American financial legend Peter Lynch has decided it’s time to sell his Arizona estate. The asking price: $9,5 million.
The 14,000-square-foot property sits on 7.5 acres has been Lynch’s vacation home, although most can only dream about such a home. The home, built in 2006, features eight bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms and is surrounded by raggy rock formations and cacti and looks like a desert home for a reason.
