David Milch Asks $8,95 Million for Martha’s Vineyard Estate

David Milch is selling his gorgeous summer estate on Martha’s Vineyard, asking $8,950,000. Per listing details, his multi-residence property containsa total of eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as well as 300 feet of pristine sandy shore. The 5,500-square foot Cape Cod-style main house was originally built in 1880, and reworked in the 1970s and now includes an architecturally decadent, double-height glass wall in the main living area with long, northwestern sunset views.
