It is located in the district of Manhattan, in a building in New York called “The Billionaires Building.” It was built in 1929, by order of Jackie Kennedy grandfather, Jamie T. Lee. By unwritten rule, preferred customer is the one whose property is at least four times higher than the price of a luxury apartment, and which has a guarantee that it will be able to pay the costs of maintaining an apartment in the amount of $33,500 per month.
